Wordpress Tips

A techie post from fluffy me! *Gasp* But yes, it’s nice to feel smart every so often!

I used to use idiot-proof Blogger which had an excellent WYSIWYG template that allowed justification of text, changing of font colour and other formatting stuff. So when I moved to Wordpress, I was highly stressed to find that I couldn’t justify my posts or change my font colour! Luckily sis helped with some encoding but it was erratic and depending on the mood of Wordpress, it’ll justify some posts but not the others.

So, I couldn’t understand why bloggers kept saying that Wordpress was a much easier interface to use compared to Blogger which for all it’s instability had a pretty good template. That was until I came across a great tip while surfing last night! It basically allows you to open undocumented features to help you with your formatting with additional stuff like justify and font colour! YES!

So what’s the little secret that’ll turn this:

Okay, so all you seasoned Wordpress users probably knew that little secret ages ago but let me revel in my new-found knowledge for a while! :-)

    That is the coolest tip for wordpress I’ve got so far. And no I didn’t know that…
