I’m Off Again
I’m here in KLIA once again, waiting to board a flight to the Middle East. Crazy times have begun again! Hence the long silence for a while. Poor kuchi rat me flies economy so no nice lounge to wait in, unlike my colleagues! :( Some think it isn’t fair but I guess it’s one of those things that come with moving up the corporate ladder eh?
Am on a crazy schedule there which involves me sleeping on planes at least half the time!
But I’ll be back by this weekend! And oh boy, I really can’t wait!
Since you’re all such nice people *beam*, please do me a favour by going over to wish Paris a super Happy Birthday!
Psst…sorry ah Paris…didn’t have time to do you a nice post like what you did for mine. But to my best and only sister, best friend, the one I tormented, fought with, shared a room and many clothes with and the person I always copied and always looked up to - a Very Fluffy Birthday! *throws pink confetti*
HAPPY HAPPY FLUFFY PINKY BIRTHDAY!!
I Should Just Stay in Bed

Some days I wish I didn’t get out of bed!
- I finished an IQ test on Facebook and found that my siblings beat me flat…and took great delight in reminding me after that! I “don’t do” IQ tests!
- I’m losing terribly on my Scrabulous games though I used to play for my school! I swear my IQ and Scrabble abilities must have seriously deteriorated!
- I woke up this morning, ran to the computer and had $%*t connection! All these after we decided to forgo a few “chap fan” meals every month to upgrade our Streamyx to the 1MB connection! *cries* Gimme back my good connection!
- I made up to go to work, put back all my make up and…my makeup sponge fell behind my BUILT-IN bed! ARGH! Means it’s lost and gone forever amongst the dust bunnies since built-ins can’t be taken apart! I liked my sponge case
- We have a conference call today with the UK which always tends to run late and I was hoping to go home early for my yoga class.
Boo-hoo….hopefully your day goes a lot better and we go to bed smiling!
Finish your Sentences!

Paris Beaverbanks tagged me for this and though I’m terribly behind on tags, I think I better get to this simply because it looks easy and I’m always finishing people’s sentences for them!
- I’ve come to realize that my last kiss was sweet
- I am listening to the sound of my fingers on the keyboard
- I talk a lot of rubbish but at least I’m funny most times!
- I love my loved ones and travel holidays
- My best friends are/is ParisB!
- My Car is a cute little Toyota Vios with my birthday on the number plate so people will remember!
- My love life is colorful
- I hate it when people ask me to choose
- Love is not always easy
- Marriage is even harder
- Somewhere, someone is thinking DAMN!
- I’m always needing a holiday
- I have a secret cheesy crush on well-dressed guys with British accents *drool*
- My cell phone wakes me up every morning and probably fries my brain
- When I wake up in the morning I get on the computer
- When I go to bed at night I wrap myself up in the duvet like a cocoon
- Right now I am thinking about how to invest some money
- Babies are expensive!
- I get on myspace never
- Today I will attempt to stay under the “radar”
- Tonight I will drive to Damansara to pick up a tennis racquet. Sigh…the things you to for family.
- Tomorrow I will die in my yoga session
- I really want to retire young with a nice stash of funds and travel the world
- Someone that will most likely repost this is Giddy Tiger! Over to you!
P/S: It wasn’t as easy as I thought *holds aching brain*
Hari Raya Bliss
*Whoosh* It’s back to work again after a luxurious 4 day holiday in conjunction with the Hari Raya holidays. Despite my constant complaining that I was wasting 4 good days of holidays by not going anywhere, I did manage to keep myself rather occupied and this is what I’ve learnt (Hey, everything’s a new learning experience!) over the 4 days!
-
My silly Facebook fluffy pet will only eat terribly expensive things such as pink cupcakes! It thinks pork buns are
and bananas are vile! It is so not me sans the pink on the cupcake!

-
When you watch too many Simpsons DVDs, you start feeling a little stupid! And in my case, start over-analyzing Homer Simpson! Conclusion: He’s really stupid but has a good heart!

-
Pig-out didn’t even begin to describe what I ate over the entire 4 days! From spartan meals such as baked beans with scrambled egg to pork knuckle, keropok, Kin Kin Pan Mee and a sumptuous Korean spread, I so pigged out! *attempts to breathe*
-
This was my first time being in town during a festive season and what they say about playing football on the streets are almost true! So we took the opportunity to visit the Pavilion. Verdict: It’s okay with lots of swanky brands but I didn’t quite like the feel of it and the crowds. We hopped into Starhill after Pavilion and what a marked contrast it was! Starhill was all about dim lights and elegance while Pavilion felt like a marketplace! Given the option of buying a Ferragamo in Pavilion or Starhill…no prizes for guessing which I’ll choose! That is, when my Ferragamo boat comes in!

-
In a pathetic attempt to shave off some calories from that terrible pig-out session, I got into some exercise gear to try to hit the gym. Opened the door and guess what, I couldn’t find my ancient pair of running shoes! It probably got thrown away for being too old
So no prizes again for guessing what’s tops on the shopping list the next time the sales come around! -
And finally lots and lots of sleep to make up for all that lost sleep and to deposit more into my sleep bank for long nights ahead! I’m such a party animal *not*!
Hope you had a great break too! I’m looking forward to the next one, Deepavali and Christmas!
