Flu Precaution Tips

I’m back, finally, after many many months! No excuses for going MIA except My Big Fat Chinese Wedding and the adjustment period afters when the clock strikes 12 and the magical wedding gown turns back into real clothes!
A-ti-shooo…am now down with the flu and no, I have not returned from Mexico recently!
With the recent outbreak of swine flu in Mexico and mounting fears are it recently spread to New Zealand, Canada and US (source), some health tips to keep yourself flu-free are indeed useful for us all, especially me as I battle this dreaded bug!
Tips For Flu PreCaution
- Wash your hands very frequently especially after coughing or sneezing.
- Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
- Stay home if you are not feeling well (if only bosses would buy that!)
- Avoid touching your eyes and nose in case the virus in on your hands.
- Quickly dispose of used tissues to avoid the virus spreading.
- Drink hot lemon and honey to soothe your flu symptoms.
- Listen to your doctor’s advice and take your prescribed medication.
In the meantime, stay healthy and look forward to more updates here…finally! Let’s hope this Mexican swine flu does not turn into a worldwide pandemic.

Yeah! It’s really scary to read about the swine Flu! Damm we are not over with the Bird flue…then now with have swine flu? OMG, what’s happening?
